Refund policy
We want your displays to be exactly right for your counter, booth, or shoot. If something isn't, here's how returns work — in plain language, no fine-print surprises.

How to start a return
1. Within 30 days of delivery, email info@whisperingwoods.store with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with our return address in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, and simple instructions.
3. Ship the items back with tracking. Once they arrive and are checked, your full refund is issued within 5 business days and you'll get a confirmation email. Exact arrival time in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive something you didn't order, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — and you won't need to ship anything back.
Order cancellations
Changed your mind? Because we dispatch orders the next business day, please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel — we'll cancel and refund it in full. After that window, your order may already be packed for dispatch; we'll still do our best to catch it, but once it has shipped, the standard return process above applies.
