This Shipping Policy explains how Hanlun Material and Logistics B.V. (trading as Whispering Woods) processes, dispatches, and ships orders placed on whisperingwoodsstudio.com. Every display is made and packed in our family workshop in Hangzhou, China, and ships to you directly from our studio.

2. Prices include all duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the full and final price. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties, VAT, GST, and any other applicable taxes are included in, or collected at, checkout. Your parcel arrives with nothing to pay on delivery — no customs bills, no carrier collection fees, no surprises.
3. Order processing
Everything you can order on our site is in stock. Non-custom orders are dispatched the next business day.
Custom-made or personalized items typically dispatch within 2–3 business days; where a piece needs longer, this is stated on the product page or confirmed with you by email before we begin.
Orders are processed on business days only; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

*Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping confirmation & tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.
6. Shipping address
Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged parcels & lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email info@whisperingwoods.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — and you won't need to ship anything back.
If your tracking stops moving or a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we'll reship or refund in full.
