Return Window

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

This 30-day return window does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

EU and EEA consumers may also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@whisperingwoods.store within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide either your order number or the recipient name used for the order.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined.

Return Method

Approved returns must be sent back by mail to the return address provided below.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-choice returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is approved, Whispering Woods B.V. will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions at our cost.

We recommend using a tracked return service, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Damaged Parcels or Damaged Items on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@whisperingwoods.store.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we receive your email, we will contact the shipping carrier within 72 hours and inform you of the next steps to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@whisperingwoods.store and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If the customer selected expedited shipping, the expedited shipping fee is non-refundable.

If a standard shipping charge was paid, the standard shipping fee may be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
