2. Order Processing
All non-custom orders are dispatched on the next business day.
Custom-made or personalized items may require additional production time before dispatch. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Options
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders to selected destinations.
The current free standard shipping thresholds are:
United States: orders over USD 25
United Kingdom: orders over GBP 19
Canada: orders over CAD 35
Australia: orders over AUD 35
For other destinations, shipping fees and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. The applicable shipping fee is displayed during checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time for expedited shipping is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
4. Carriers
We use trusted international shipping carriers.
For expedited shipping, we commonly use FedEx, depending on the destination and service availability.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other local charges will be shown at checkout where they are collected by us.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, VAT may be charged at 20 percent where applicable.
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, VAT may be charged at the rate applicable in the destination country.
For destinations where duties, taxes, or import fees are not collected at checkout, such charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers should review all checkout information carefully before placing an order.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@whisperingwoods.store.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once we receive your email, we will contact the shipping carrier within 72 hours and inform you of the next steps to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement or a refund.
